Shipping policy 

All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days, and we’ll send you a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post (PO boxes included), or you can choose Click & Collect from our Camberwell or Elizabeth Street stores.

Delivery options:

• Australia Standard Post: Free for orders over A$70 – just enter VAA9WEA at checkout! Orders under $70 are $12. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch.*

• Click & Collect: Available from Elizabeth Street and Camberwell. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and you’ll get an email once your order is waiting.

*Please note: Deliveries to remote/regional areas, Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania may take a little longer. Once dispatched, delivery times are at the discretion of Australia Post.

In-Store Pickup

Collect your order from any Crimson store at no extra cost. Most orders are ready within 1–2 business days, and we’ll email you as soon as they’re prepped.

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm

Camberwell: 716 Burke Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124

• Monday to Friday: 7am – 3pm

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am – 3pm

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
